
As senior vice president, Global Sales Strategy and Operations, Cremen
leads Hitachi Data Systems Global Accounts Program and Worldwide Sales
Operations. The Global Sales Strategy organization provides effective
and efficient support of the largest, most demanding customers in the
world. It also utilizes a “best practices” approach in supporting the
company’s mainstream business within Global Sales.
Cremen is
directly engaged in the executive management, global sales strategy and
worldwide coverage of the company’s Top 50 Global Accounts. He also has
oversight responsibility for Hitachi Data Systems Credit Corporation, a
financial services division supporting Global Sales.
Cremen was
named to his present position at the beginning of 2008. He joined
Hitachi Data Systems in 1992 as a business analyst and quickly moved
into Sales to focus on the Financial Services Industry. Cremen moved
into Sales Management when promoted to District Manager of New Jersey.
He next moved into General Management when tasked with running the
company’s Australia and New Zealand business unit. Cremen subsequently
returned to the US and was promoted to regional vice president for the
Western Region of the Americas before returning to the Asia Pacific
Region as senior vice president and general manager.
Cremen
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The
College of New Jersey and a Master’s degree in Business Administration
from Monmouth University. He also attended an Executive Development
Program at the Wharton School of Business.
